THE STRIKE

One gorup of employees who are working as cleaners, attendants etc on daily wages in RCC, has been on strike for two days.They are demanding job security and want them to be converted into permanent staff. Cleaning activities are on a standstill now. Their demand is genuine, as many of them have been around here for more than twenty years. They are underprivileged, as they and their work go unnoticed, eventhough they play a crucial role in day-to-day hospital affairs. What more heartbreakig is the attitude of the permanant employees towards these fellows.

the mirage

Everyone in this world might have felt that mirage, you know, being at one position and feeling like the other spot better.........? In local language it is called as "ikkare nilkumbol akkare pacha...." But the problem is you feel totally wierd when you land up there. I too have experienced that rather awkward feeling.
Well, these kinds of posts might be frequent in my blog, it may be witty, sarcastic, bold or even naughty. Beware, you need a tough coat of fat if you wanna go through these musings. Hurray.......
